- Riverview Campground is available for recreational camping only. No one may use Riverview as a permanent residence. Seasonal campers may use their site for up to four nights a week and two full weeks.
- Use all Riverview facilities at your own risk. Riverview management is not responsible for damage caused by acts of God, or for losses resulting from theft of property.
- You are responsible for your guest’s actions. Make them aware of Riverview rules.
- Public intoxication will not be tolerated.
- Lots must be kept neat and tidy, with no unnecessary clutter.
- Trees may not be damaged in any way.
- Check with management before digging. Electrical, cable and water lines are beneath the ground. You will be responsible for any repairs needed if you cut a line.
- Quiet time is between 11 pm - 8 am on weekends, 10 pm - 8 am on weeknights. No loud music or disturbing noise permitted during this time. Children should be at their campsites during quiet time.
- Golf Carts (except those used by Campground management) and children’s motorized toys are not allowed in the Campground. Motorcycles or motorbikes may not be driven in A Section of the Campground. No bicycle riding after dark.
- Stay on the asphalt or on designated walking paths. Do not walk through another guest’s lot.
- Pets must not be allowed to disturb other guests, and must be walked on a leash. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Do not let your dog’s barking disturb other guests.
- Trash should be disposed of properly, in dumpsters placed throughout Riverview. Do not put fish cleanings or used motor oil in dumpsters. Aluminum recycling, cigarette butt cans and trash cans for small items are placed throughout the Campground.
- Do not allow any refuge or grey water to drain onto ground. Dump stations are located throughout Riverview for emptying holding tanks. Violation requires immediate eviction from Riverview with no refund.
- Lights, electrical appliances (except refrigerators), air conditioners and water MUST be turned off while you are not camping. Help us cut energy waste.
- RVs must be clean when they are brought into Riverview. Campers, cars, boats, etc. may be washed at the pump house across the street, not in the Campground.
- Space is provided for two cars per camp site. Additional parking is available at the office or across the street. Parking your boat at your lot will take up one of your parking spots. Do not park on another guest’s lot without their permission.
- Storage of empty boat trailers is provided in designated areas. Do not leave empty boat trailers on your lot.
- Camping at Riverview Campground is subject to all TVA rules and guidelines. Two to note: No appliances intended for indoor use (refrigerators) can be used outside of your camper, and very specific guidelines regarding the size and ownership of decks.
